  6. Liz, my heart goes out to you at this difficult time. You have a great love for your mother that you've generously shared on your blog . . . I've appreciated every bit of it. You are blessed, and I'm wishing you more of God's blessings during these painful moments.

  13. I just learned last night of your mother's passing. I'm so sorry! This morning, thanks to Tami Despain, I found your wonderful blog. It's so nice to read your words and learn of your current interests. Since you update your blog regularly, I thought I'd contact you here. Your mom was a magnificent, funny, creative, and open-hearted woman. Her passing saddens me deeply. I understand logically that Alzheimer's had robbed her of quality of life and so her passing is a blessing in some ways. However, your mom symbolizes for me the constancy and strength of my childhood neighborhood, and so I keep bursting into tears that she--and it--are gone.

I would love to connect more with you. What is the best way to do that? I love you and miss you.
